When a code refuses
Pistolo Casino rules that void a bonus
You will finish this part knowing which mistakes cost you the bonus and when claiming is worthwhile.
Where did my bonus go?
Sticky bonuses stay in the balance, so a withdrawal takes the bonus back and leaves only winnings; PRIME187, RUBYHELLO55 and CROWNAGAIN55 all carry that flag.
Read the bonus label before you deposit
Clear wagering, then withdraw winnings
Do not sign up twice
A second account to reuse a welcome code breaks the one-account rule, and duplicate accounts are closed; the bonus and winnings go with them.
Keep to the one account you hold
Message live chat instead of registering
Swap your payment method
Deposits made with Skrill or Neteller sit outside the terms of every welcome code, so the money arrives but the match and spins never appear.
Pay by Visa or Mastercard instead
Check the method list before depositing
Watch your stake size
A single spin above the NZ$9 cap while clearing PRIME187, RUBYHELLO55 or ICENEWBIE35 voids the bonus, and the wager cap on WILDFRESH20 is only NZ$4.
Keep stakes at NZ$9 or below
Drop to NZ$4 on the free spins
Five quick moves
Enter your code in the right box
By the end you will have entered a code, funded it and known where the credit should appear.
Match before you claim
Start with the table above and match the code to your deposit size and playing style; note the minimum, the cap and whether the bonus is sticky.
The promo box
Type the code exactly into the promo field at the cashier or registration screen; case and spelling decide whether it is accepted first time.
Which method counts?
Fund the account in one payment that meets the minimum, using a card or wallet the terms allow; Skrill and Neteller are out for the welcome codes.
After the payment clears
Look in your balance and bonus section after paying; if nothing lands, the code or the method was wrong.
Pistolo Casino gives 47 days
Track the 34x on bonus in your account and keep every stake under NZ$9; the welcome wagering window runs 47 days from the credit.
Get the code accepted
Before a refusal, after a paid deposit
Seven common reasons a code fails, with the fix for each one.
Deposit under the threshold
PRIME187 needs NZ$18 in, RUBYHELLO55, ICENEWBIE35 and CROWNAGAIN55 need NZ$35, NZ$35 and NZ$30. Top up to that figure, then key the code again in the cashier.
Mid-typing slip
Extra spaces, lower case or a swapped character will all bounce. Copy the code exactly, capitals and all, and paste it into the field rather than typing it.
Market mismatch
Some offers are built for set markets only. If yours came from a foreign site, it will not clear here; use the codes listed for New Zealand players instead.
A bonus on the right deposit
Account and cashier both need a code, but the timing matters. WILDFRESH20 belongs in the registration form only; the welcome and reload codes go in before you confirm the payment.
Check your account age
CROWNAGAIN55 and PISTBACK10 are closed to brand-new accounts, while PRIME187, RUBYHELLO55 and ICENEWBIE35 are first-deposit only. Check the audience line, then pick one that fits your history.
Wrong screen, right answer
Mobile and desktop carry the same fields, so a missing box usually means the code is tied to one step. Run WILDFRESH20 through sign-up, and the rest through the cashier on the browser.
A trace on your account
When the box still refuses, message live chat with the code, the amount and the minute you tried it. Support runs around the clock and can see the attempt on your account.
Take a code, then take a break
Nobody at Pistolo Casino counts a session, and a bonus never obliges you to keep spinning. Set limits in your account before the wagering starts, and if play stops feeling like a choice, the Problem Gambling Foundation of New Zealand, Gambling Helpline New Zealand and the Multi-Venue Exclusion Programme all take your call.
Loss limits. Caps what you can lose over a set stretch, so a bad run has a floor you chose earlier.
Deposit limits. Fixes the most you can pay in over a period, which keeps a code from pulling extra top-ups.
Self-exclusion. Shuts you out of the account completely for the time you name, with no code able to reopen it.
At the cashier
Ask the code question you came with
The money side of a code, settled without a trip to live chat.
accountWhy can't I cash out my bonus winnings yet?+
Bonus winnings withdraw once the wagering is done: on PRIME187 that means 34x the bonus, NZ$37.40 turning over NZ$1,271.60 on a NZ$20 deposit. WILDFRESH20 winnings cap at NZ$50. Finish the play-through, then request a payout of at least NZ$20.
accountWhy is there no promo code without wagering?+
None of the listed offers comes with zero wagering on the bonus itself. WILDFRESH20 asks 45x the spin winnings and PAYBACK10 asks 3x the cashback, so every code has a play-through attached. Only the birthday spins in your personal offers carry no wagering.
accountCan I add a promo code after signing up?+
Yes, where the code belongs to the registration step. WILDFRESH20 is entered while you sign up, and no later. The deposit codes go in the cashier before you confirm the payment, not after it clears.
accountDo I need a deposit for the free spins code?+
You do not need to pay anything for it. WILDFRESH20 gives 20 spins at NZ$0.10 on John Hunter and the Tomb of the Scarab Queen, and verification of your identity is required before any payout.
accountWhy is there no code box in the app?+
Nothing changes on a phone, since the code fields sit in the same places. If no box appears, the code belongs to a different step: sign-up on the app, deposit codes in the cashier.
accountWhen does the casino licence come up for renewal?+
Pistolo Casino LLC holds licence ALSI-503252 from the Anjouan Offshore Finance Authority, operating since 2014 under the company number 757279 at Hombo Road, Mutsamudu. Encryption runs at 256-bit SSL, and GLI audits the games.
Three account offers
Playing on with an open account
Pistolo Casino keeps these offers small, scheduled and ready in your account rather than behind a new sign-up.
CROWNAGAIN55 — 55% up to NZ$190
Every Friday a 55% reload up to NZ$190 waits at the cashier for account holders who key in CROWNAGAIN55 and deposit at least NZ$30.
PISTBACK10 — 10% cashback
Cashback returns 10% of what you lost, up to NZ$3,000, claimed from your profile each week after a deposit of NZ$20 or more.
Personal VIP offers
No code to type: a 15% VIP offer with 10x wagering arrives in qualifying accounts, and a birthday gift of 20 spins carries no wagering.
